Emotional intelligence for children
According to studies, our emotional intelligence accounts for 80% of our achievement. Knowing, understanding, and applying emotional intelligence in everyday life is a valuable “treasure” for kids, teachers, and parents.
This is why this course is so beneficial! Participants will have the opportunity to learn about emotional intelligence theory and construct their own Emotional Quotient (EQ). They will learn a new understanding of self-awareness, self-management, self-regulation, self-motivation, and empathy, as well as how emotions influence the ability to react and behave in everyday life.
Objectives:
- Define Emotional Intelligence for the participants (EQ)
- Determine the advantages of having a greater level of emotional intelligence.
- Learn how to practice emotional intelligence using the five components listed below.
- Define self-management, self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, and empathy, then put them into practice.
- Communicate with others while keeping emotional awareness in mind.
- In specific situations, interpret and manage emotions.
- Master techniques for regulating and controlling one’s own emotions.
- Use appropriate verbal and nonverbal language to express emotions.
- Influence others’ emotional experiences in a positive way
- Make a connection between emotional intelligence and job conditions.
